Start with a reader question
Each guide begins with a practical question such as “What does 2.50 mean?” or “How is an accumulator price calculated?” We define the scope before writing so that an explanation of one market is not mistaken for guidance on a different market.
The site focuses on general sports-betting concepts and Kenya-oriented examples. KES is used for arithmetic illustrations, not as a recommendation for a suitable stake.
Check formulas with independent examples
We write each formula in plain language and test it with more than one input. The odds-conversion, return, accumulator, probability, overround and bonus-turnover calculators use separate functions in the browser. We test ordinary values, boundaries and invalid input before publishing a revision.
A calculator output is not a selection, prediction, valuation or assurance. For bonus turnover, the user must choose the base stated in the operator’s offer; the result does not establish eligibility or withdrawal rights.
Separate facts, arithmetic and opinion
An arithmetic result can be reproduced from the visible inputs. A description of an operator’s rule must come from that operator’s current terms. A legal statement should point to primary legislation or the regulator. Where we have not tested a service or reviewed a particular account, we say so rather than implying an independent test.
Pages may change when formulas, regulator materials or terminology change. The review date is shown on guide pages. Readers can report a calculation or wording issue through [email protected].
Examples are hypothetical
Examples use invented odds and round KES amounts to make the arithmetic readable. They are not live prices, bet suggestions, historical performance claims or forecasts. We do not publish match predictions or call any price a “safe bet”.
We do not collect calculator fields through site scripts or save them in browser storage. The tools run locally in the page after it loads.
