We welcome specific reports about an incorrect formula, confusing market definition, broken source link or accessibility issue. We review reported issues and update pages when a correction is justified. A correction email does not guarantee a particular editorial outcome or response time.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, mobile-money PINs, bookmaker account numbers or sensitive identity documents. OddsSoma cannot access or change operator accounts.
Operator account support
For deposits, withdrawals, account access, bet acceptance or settlement, contact the relevant operator through its official support channel. OddsSoma has no access to those accounts and cannot intervene in disputes.
If a message concerns a referral link, tell us which page or button you used. Do not include confidential account credentials.
Response expectations
